Apartment Emilio is a spacious studio with stunning views of Dubrovnik old town and the sea. The apartment has been lovingly restored to a very high standard and has many original features including hand restored wooden flooring and doors, and newly fitted Italian furniture and bathroom. The living area features a stunning Croatian antique stove which forms a focal point on entry. The dining table provides a wonderful vantage point to view the old town and sea over breakfast or a lingering dinner. The bathroom is a brand new Italian design with shower, toilet, basin & bidet.

The location of this apartment is second to none - in a quiet street just a stones through from one of the worlds' most beautiful, ancient cities. If you want to see Dubrovnik - this is the place to stay! Explore the winding streets of the old town and discover a town that has stood still for hundreds of years…Dubrovnik has always been a trading hub and has many interesting stories to tell - visit countless interesting museums whilst wondering at the architectural beauty around you.

If you want to explore further afield then take a boat out to one of Dubrovniks own islands…There are plenty of café/bars and eateries to suit every taste and you can spend a lovely evening soaking in the atmosphere and wander back to your apartment within minutes… This is a great base to make the most of a most interesting and beautiful place - whether for a summer holiday or a city break. NB There is also a 3 bedroom apartment sleeping 6-8 people, just next door if which can be rented in conjunction with this apartment if you need more space (see Apartment Onofrio).

Bear in mind that old town of Dubrovnik is full of steep steps and walking around town walls and some streets can be demanding.
