The Penthouse is a superb apartment with a stunning balcony overlooking the Old Town of Dubrovnik. Full of character and only 10 minutes walk to the Old Town this is a great base to experience the city! This spacious 3 bedroom penthouse apartment offers guests a spectacular view from its sea facing terrace of Dubrovnik old town as well as the island of Lokrum.
Located on the Ploce gate side of the old town, it is a short walk down the hill to the pretty town beach and the old city. The property is decorated in an eclectic style with oriental rugs, kilims, patchworks and colourful pictures adorning the walls and floors of each room. The property is approached from a road where a car can be parked. Guests must walk down a short pathway and up a flight of steps to the front door where you enter into a spacious hallway leading into a kitchen and onto a dining area with sea views. An alcove from the dining area leads into a lounge from where patio doors lead out onto the terrace with sea views. The bedroom annexe is accessed from the lounge area and consists of a corridor leading to a bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed. A door from the main bedroom leads onto two further bedrooms both with double beds...
Bear in mind that old town of Dubrovnik is full of steep steps and walking around town walls and some streets can be demanding.
