This apartment is superbly located in the centre of Split right next to the Diocletian Palace in an old 19th century stone property. The apartment has been attractively and stylishly renovated, with high ceilings, white walls an pretty paintings, and has a minimal but comfortable feel to it. The large windows let lots of light in and really bring the vibrant atmosphere of the old part of town into the space.
This is a great apartment from which to explore the old city and is also within easy reach of the ferry port making exploring the beautiful islands a must! Catamarans as well as the large passenger and car ferries give you a great opportunity to explore islands such as Brac, Hvar and Korcula, which are all stunning and well worth a day trip. For shop-a-holics, there are plenty of boutiques in the old town and exploring is a joy. The local market also offers a great choice of fruit and vegetables, local cheese and local wine to wash it all down with!
