Villa Venezia is a newly renovated property situated in the beautiful Bay of Vinisce. The villa is located in a peaceful village which sits on the shores of a picturesque bay, near the medieval town of Trogir, and has great views out over the sea. Open all year round, the villa is well equipt and is set in a large garden with outdoor shower and BBQ/grill. You are only a gentle 200m stroll from the clear sapphire blue sea, with marina, supermarket, post office, café bars and restaurants, all along the waterfront.
The villa is split into 2 apartments; there is a 2 bedroom apartment on the 1st floor and a studio apartment on the 2nd floor which are linked by a spiral staircase so the villa can also be let as a whole. The owners reside on the ground floor and are happy to provide snacks and a taxi service to Trogir and other destinations.
Trogir is reputedly the most picturesque town on the Dalmatian Coast and a Unesco Heritage site. It has a very pretty harbour, marina, beautiful buildings and plenty of restaurants, bars and shops!
Vinisce really has the best of both worlds - hidden coves and calm sea, watersports, vibrant and historical Split and ancient Trogir...not to mention boat trips to surrounding islands, the fantastic Krka National Park or the many wonderful vineyards on the mainland that all make for great day trips!
