Villas
Villa Flora is a rarely preserved old summer house near Dubrovnik. It is located in Mlini, a village between Dubrovnik (8 km away) and Dubrovnik Airport (10 km away). It was built in the 16th century in gothic renaissance style. Today, it is a summer house owned by a local family and is superbly placed to make the most of the surrounding area. Mlini itself is a charming fishing village with little harbour and water taxi to Dubrovnik old town. There are 2 beaches in the village which meanders along the sea front and a handful of waterfront cafes and eateries.
The villa has 4 bedrooms (the house sleeps up to 10 people as there are extra beds in 2 of the bedrooms) with bathrooms located on the first floor, while living room, dining room, kitchen, wash-room and toilet are located on the ground floor.
The Mediterranean garden is walled and therefore completely private and has won prizes several times for being the most beautiful garden in the region. From the kitchen you can walk out onto a spacious terrace which looks out on to the sea and little beach next to the property.
