Villa Floranneve is a wonderfully restored 1920's summer house and was originally built and owned by an English lady and her local husband. They were said to have been friends with King Edward V111 and Wallace Simpson who were supposed to have stayed with them in the house during their whirl wind tour of the Dalmatia Coast in the 30's.
The house has very spacious accommodation and is ideal for 2 families or a group and comes with a separate 'little house' - this used to be the servants quarters. Cavtat is 10 minutes from Dubrovnik airport and 20 minutes from Dubrovnik Old Town and apart from being beautifully picturesque, the area has everything for everyone, local activities include wakeboarding, water-skiing, swimming, shallow-water and deep-sea fishing, sailing, motor boating, scuba diving, snorkeling, walking, mountain biking, tennis, beach activities etc - there's certainly lots to do and see!
Villa Floranneve has beautiful panoramic balcony views and is set in a large private walled garden with swimming pool, jacuzzi, table tennis, badminton and other outdoor games etc. Only 5 minutes walk to the sea, waterfront bars, cafes, shops and restaurants - the location is ideal!
