Villa Kabli is set in the stunningly beautiful bay of Kabli about 5km from Janjina on the northern side of the Pelješac Peninsula. Off the beaten track and with great views to the mainland, despite being quite basic décor wise, the location is charming and peaceful and would make unforgettable holiday spot for a large family or group holiday. The owner of the property is a fantastic host! He has an apartment within the property but keeps himself to himself as required. He is happy to take guests fishing and to cook up a feast for dinner!
Step outside onto the terrace which is right on the sea! NB If the ground floor apartment is free, guests in the 1st floor apartment can use the terrace. The house can be rented as a whole villa on two levels (there is an internal stairway which can be locked and both floors also have separate entrances) or the first and ground floors can be rented separately;
The 1st floor apartment sleeps 10 (4 doubles and 1 twin plus 4 single sofa beds): There is one apt with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to share (one with bath, one with shower) and then there are 2 studios (one bigger, one smaller) with 2 ensuite bathrooms (both with showers). The 3 bedrooms share kitchen and the studios have their own kitchenettes. These 3 apartments are connected by a hallway so can be rented as one. The ground floor is a separate apartment which has 2 double bedrooms, a living/dining room, kitchen, large bathroom with bath and large terrace
