Villa Malo Blue is an attractive, architect designed property down by the sea near Omis and the Makarska Riviera. This area has unbelievably turquoise bays and there are many of them to explore! The island of Brac is just across the water and easy to get to for a day trip. The river Cetina is also close by and a fantastic place to do activities such as canyoning or kayaking! This is a really lovely location with lots in the surrounding area…
The villa itself is very modern, spacious and has everything you would expect a comfortable house to have. The interior is very pleasant indeed having been renovated only last year, and the original architecture adds another dimension to the house! Set down from the main road, the villa is in a little residential part of the village of Stanici - you can park at the top and then walk down the steps, through the terraced garden to the villa. The house comprises 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms (all with sea views) 2 shower rooms, kitchen dining area, lounge area with open fire and large terrace with sea view accessed from the lounge area and double bedroom as well as a smaller terrace accessed from the upstairs landing.
The main balcony has great sea views and it's only a short (but steep!) walk down the steps to the sea where the villa has its own little bit of sea edge. And it is beautiful… There is another main beach further on round the bay where you will find a café and restaurant. Other shops for groceries and another couple of restaurants are to be found on the main road. This is a brilliant villa for a family or group of friends…
If your group is too big for the villa then we also have a couple of apartments just below the villa, a bit closer to the sea which can be used in conjunction with it. Please ask if you would like more information here. NB This property probably isn't really suitable for older people since there are steep steps to the property and also to the sea.
