Villa Patricija is located in the bay of Mali Zaton just 20 minutes from the centre of the Old Town of Dubrovnik. Situated among lush planting and just 5 minutes walk from the picturesque village and beach but with a good sized garden and pool, this makes for a very relaxing holiday location.
The villa itself is composed of the 1st and 2nd floor of the property and consists of 3 double, en-suite rooms (2 of which are suites with kitchenettes) and 1 twin room. Each room has satellite TV, hairdryer and air conditioning, and the villa also has pc internet access for guests to use. The owners of this villa live on the ground floor but keep themselves to themselves and are on hand in case you need anything and to maintain the pool etc. The villa has a separate entrance and guests have exclusive use of the garden, pool and traditional summer kitchen/BBQ/dining area. Here you can barbequeue locally caught fish each night!
