Beach Villa enjoys a  stunning sea edge position and was the home of a famous Croatian artist who had his studio here. Inspiration indeed… Its private beach and large distinctive vaults, carved into the rocks upon which it stands, attract the attention of observers on the sea.  Its large terrace surrounded by a garden provides a wonderful view of the Elaphiti Islands, including the largest ones – Sipan, Kolocep and Lopud.

There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms have double beds (all with King size beds 180 X 200 cm), all decorated in a modern style with white furnishings, TV and hardwood flooring. Of these, the master bedroom boasts a charming balcony with breathtaking panoramic views. The fourth bedroom is a smaller single bedroom (bed size 90 x 200 cm), also furnished in white, this has a view to the garden. The villa also features flat screen SAT TV’s in each bedroom and each has its own air conditioning control as well as wifi and  tea/coffee making facilities . The whole villa is air conditioned and WiFi is available free of charge.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and dining area for six people. The villa features three parking places that are also at the guests’ disposal. Daily cleaning/maid is included.

Should you need extra accommodation from 2019 a small cottage in the grounds has been added to provide for a further 2 people with bedroom (bed size160 x 200 cm) + foldable sofa bed, bathroom and a private terrace. Note: cottage is only available for rent with the main villa (only available if the party exceeds 7 people).
