On Mljet Island you are spoiled for choice for unspoiled beaches – if you visit in May, you may find yourself with the beaches on Mljet all to yourself which is a fairly magical experience. One half of Mljet is a national park and a must-see, but the whole island is spectacular and nature at its best. At the Saplunara end of the island (the non-national park end) you’ll find pretty, sweeping beaches and stunning views – one of the most beautiful beaches. Mljet is good for the soul… Get there by boat from Dubrovnik or Peljesac Peninsula!
