Summer villa holidays are booking up fast – Get the inside track on Croatian villa with pool locations
Christmas is behind us for another year and the summer already beckons! Now is the time to book Croatia holidays for the best choice of destinations, locations and villas. It’s the busiest time of the year for booking a Croatian villa with pool. So if you are planning a villa holiday in Croatia, book soon for the most choice!
But where should you book your Croatian villa with pool? With so much choice, if you don’t know the areas and villas, it can be a dizzying task to choose where to go. Indeed this is especially the case if you have to take the needs and wishes or different family members into account. We all know that teenagers, grandparents and children have their own ideas on what makes for a good holiday. The best holidays work for everyone in the group. Feel free to get in touch so we can recommend villas that will cover all your bases.
The best located villas in Croatia always book first. In fact there are only a small number of villas which tick all boxes. This is because Croatia is quite undeveloped and remains mostly as it was. Of course, this is the appeal of a villa in Croatia! However it does mean the best villas go fast! You’ll find quaint little villages with old stone cottages and pretty harbours. Turquoise bays and bobbing boats. Choose a family villa in Croatia where you can walk to the beach and local restaurants. A cozy village by the sea is perfect for an easy Croatia family holiday and especially so if you want a multi generational group holiday. The good thing about Croatia is that you can find these sorts of locations a short transfer away from a main airport. So if you want a Croatian villa with pool and have smaller children, it’s perfect. Or want to be nearer civilisation, you can have that along with a pretty little location.
Ideal Dubrovnik Villa Locations
There are some great locations and villas in Croatia for small and large family groups that suit both teenagers and grandparents alike. A Dubrovnik villa is a great choice.? Somewhere like Mlini Bay is ideal. It is just 20 minutes from Dubrovnik airport on one side and 10 minutes from Dubrovnik Old Town itself. There are a plethora of restaurants in Mlini and beaches all around Mlini Bay and, as cars are restricted, you can safely wander along the sea side path. With water sports and lovely walks (but very accessible to interesting places), we find that Mlini suits all and gets great feedback time and time again.
Or Zaton Bay, which is smaller but full of charm. It’s also only 15 minutes from Dubrovnik old town. Smaller but idyllic, Zaton has a selection of villas on the gentle hillside around the bay. Little pathways and streets wind down towards the sea edge which is dotted with pretty eateries and bobbing boats. There’s plenty to discover in either direction.
Brac Island has Well Located Villas
For a Croatian villa that’s more off the beaten track, head for Brac island villas. Just a 50 minute ferry hop from Split old town or speedboat directly to your villa from Split airport. Brac has delightful beaches and holidays here offer a truly authentic feel of Croatian island life. Sumartin Bay is a delightful little spot a short hop just across from the mainland at Split, but with huge island feel! With a meandering coastline, Sumartin is at the end of the island so you are never far from the sea. With boat transfers, water sports and some tip top Brac villas, you can stay by the pool or get out and explore all the island has to offer.
