Jade Hvar Villas are lovely, well-appointed modern family villas, each with a private pool and glorious sea views, and are set in a small discrete development, just 3 km from lovely Stari Grad.
Description
This small villa complex offers lovely Hvar villas inspired by Croatian architecture, and tastefully furnished inside. There are 11 villas in total, 6 of which are the 4 bedroom Jade Hvar Villas, with the remaining smaller villas – known as the Sapphire Hvar villas having three bedrooms.
All the villas have a sea view from the upstairs terrace and some also have views from the pool terraces.
Sleeping up to 10 guests, a Jade Hvar Villa has 4 double bedrooms (plus two sofa beds in the living area should you need extra flexibility with sleeping arrangements) and 3 bathrooms. It has a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, etc., a spacious dining room, a cosy living area with flat-screen satellite TV, sun terrace with seating area, private pool and BBQ.
All villas are equipped with air conditioning in all rooms. Each villa has its own private parking and a large garden. With these lovely Hvar villas you also have the benefit of an utility room, where you will find a washing machine, dryer and iron with ironing board.
As all the villas have heating, they can be occupied throughout the year.
Included in the price includes pool maintenance on a daily basis, towels (bathroom and pool towels) changed every 3rd day, 10 Nespresso coffee capsules and 10 dishwasher capsules. There is a helpful Reception and a Welcome drink at the Bar upon arrival!

Nearby Stari Grad is lovely, and one of the oldest towns on the island dating back to around 385 BC it was known then as Faros and was recorded as being a Greek colony. Outside the town the land is still laid out as it was then with ancient olive groves and vineyards (protected as an Unesco World Heritage site). There are fortresses, early Christian churches and ruins everywhere, so a great place to cycle when you want a break from the beach.
Approx. 10 minutes drive will bring you to Jelsa.
A very pretty little fishing town, Jelsa is a large picturesque bay with a traditional, quaint old town and town square complete with fishing boat harbour and colourful boats bobbing in the water. There are a good selection of well placed restaurants, coffee shops and ice cream parlours to while away the lunch and evening time hours and a promenade around the harbour and bay, meandering around the craft stalls is an enjoyable after dinner pursuit!
Jelsa has a beautiful coast line with sandy beaches and bays to explore – the beach at Mina Bay has lovely, turquoise water and the water is calm and shallow.

Villas 1, 3 and 10 are 220 m2. Downstairs they have 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room, outside terrace and private pool; upstairs they each have 1 large bedroom and large terrace.
