Perched practically on the edge of the sea in a quiet little bay not far from Hvar town
Loza Bay Apartments are in a great village location with two very nice restaurants leading down to the beach & around 10 minutes drive from Hvar Town – the bay’s charm is in its gorgeous atmosphere and that only a few select people know about it.

Loza Bay are two little apartments practically on the edge of the sea (only about 20m away) near one of our favourite little bays, Loza Bay Apartments are perfect for a small family or couples wanting to get away from it all. There are two apartments in the property, situated on the ground floor – Apartment Loza has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and lovely big terrace with a stone BBQ. Apartment Olive sleeps 3 people (a Double and single bed in the bedroom).
The bay is accessed via a turning off the road leading to Hvar Town – and is a great spot around 10 minutes drive from Hvar Town itself. The lane winds down the hill into the little village, which comprises a lovely selection of houses and apartments and two very nice restaurants leading down to the beach. The charm of this place is in its gorgeous atmosphere and that only a few select people seem to know about it. In fact it is one of the best places for swimming, relaxing and eating delicious local food whilst having a location away from the hustle and bustle of Hvar Town, but not too far to dip into it if you want – perfect! The Loza Bay apartments are literally just around the corner from the village in a tiny little bay which makes it quite nice – almost like having your own spot but close enough to walk to the restaurant.
The bay has a lovely beach to explore and the sea is usually calm like a mill pond. The restaurants are very relaxed and one overlooks the beach itself meaning you don’t have to venture too far for refreshment. If you do feel like moving and seeing some other beaches, there are two other wonderfully beautiful bays on either direction, also close by. Hvar Town is a must for a day trip or an evening jaunt.
Boat rental can be arranged through the beach restaurant – also they can arrange fishing trips ! If you would like some lovely home produced goods , they make their own honey, olive oil, and wine which guests can purchase.
For larger shops – head into Hvar town or Jelsa has a good supermarket too.
Both have a great selection of restaurants and bars also.
