Restaurant Giaxa is a modern restaurant in a 15th century palace. It follows the new trends of the world cuisine yet maintains the authenticity of the local cuisine; the restaurant’s offer is based on meals prepared using fresh local produce including the fish and seafood caught locally and vegetables cultivated on the island.
The restaurant boasts also have over one hundred different labels of both Croatian and European wines on their wine list, amongst which the most important are the indigenous Dalmatian grapes like posip, bogdanusa, grk, plavac mali, crljenak, babic. Many of these are also served by the glass. The friendly staff will gladly help you choose the wine to pair with your food.
