Croatia Michelin Guide 2

Restaurants in Croatia – all 10 Restaurants Retain Michelin Stars in 2022

By Croatia Gems, 5th July 2022

As Time Out reports, all 10 Michelin star restaurants in Croatia continue to excel and so retain their status with Michelin stars in the 2022 Michelin Guide.

A further 12 restaurants in Croatia achieve Bib Gourmand status, an award made “to excellent restaurants where the food is very good and at a very reasonable price” – indeed, we suggest these are the type of restaurant which Croatia holiday makers are most likely to discover.

Furthermore, two restaurants are awarded Michelin Green Stars for commitment to more sustainable gastronomy.

Croatia continues to build on its reputation for food and wine across the country, with quality restaurants accessible to all visitors, whether they stay in self-catering Croatia villas or hotels. Even those with more limited budgets can enjoy local restaurants (konoba) serving local organic produce and top-quality local wines, or visit open markets for fresh fruit, vegetables and fish, and of course enjoy tastings at local vineyards.
