Sea Star 2021 Festival
This fabulous 3 day music festival unfortunately cancelled for 2020 due to Covid will return with a bang for 2021. This will be the 5th year and again it will be based in the beautiful setting of Stella Maris Lagoon, Umag in Istria.
The fun starts on the 27th May 2021 with a welcome party to this fabulous 3 day music festival and ends with a bang on the 30th May 2021.
Part of the EXIT family in 2019 The Stella Maris complex had more than 120,000 visitors who enjoyed unforgettable performances from international superstars such as The Prodigy, Wu-Tang Clan, Paul Kalkbrenner, Fatboy Slim, Hurts, Robin Schulz, Sven Väth, Nina Kraviz, IAMDDB and local music stars, such as Dubioza Kolektiv, Rambo Amadeus, Elemental, Edo Maajka, Marko Nastić, Bajaga i Instruktori, Vojko V, Krankšvester, as well as electronic dance and trap representatives and other genres ruling the global music scene.
The success of the 2019 edition once again resulted in the Best Medium-Sized Festival nomination, i.e. the best festival up to 40,000 visitors at the European Festival Awards! of Split and many more.
The festival has 16 different zones and seven sound stages in excess of 50 thousand people attended from 40 different countries. The 2019 edition brought many improvements with the new looks of Addiko Tesla Stage certainly being the most spectacular one. It was the largest stage ever set in this part of Croatia, dominating the beautiful lagoon where the festival is set.
Make a holiday of it there are so many places to explore in this area – nearby Novigrad and its lovely blue flag beaches is worth a visit loads of fish restaurants too and most famous for it’s scallops which are supposed to be the best in the world – they usually have a special celebrations around the 1st June with cooking demonstrations etc
Tickets on sale from the 15th June 2020 for this fabulous 3 day music festival – Full line up to be released shortly but includes Meduza – Cypress Hill – Umek ( Space club Ibiza ) expect everything from Rap to techno
