Sakarun Beach is one of the most beautiful islands in the area and on Dugi Otok so it can get busy although doesn’t tend to be so much if you get there early – It’s certainly worth a visit for its tantalisingly clear turquoise water – There is also the beautiful location of Veli Rat Lighthouse – a more “rocky beach” but fun to climb the lighthouse and soak up the setting.
