Tuna Sushi & Wine Festival
Zadar 2nd – 11th February 2019: An annual collaboration between the Japanese & Croatian Tourist Boards’ which is great fun. Guests are treated to a Gala opening, appearances by Sushi masters and you can learn to make sushi and learn origami, enjoy demonstrations of Japanese Martial Arts and, of course, sample the delights of the eno-gastro market which will have cookery demonstrations, as well as a wide range of produce. The local restaurants join in the celebrations by featuring special tuna dishes on their menus at a reasonable price.
