Fantastic location a short wander from pretty Milna Bay! This new villa in Brac, Croatia is spacious, well-equipped and in the lovely village of Milna on Brac island.
Description
Villa Adora is a contemporary, well-appointed villa with everything you need for a super family holiday! Modern in design, air-conditioning throughout, a good sized pool and summer kitchen to boot, and it is just a short walk to the village centre with its restaurants, café bars, shops and marina, so everything is at hand. Ferry direct from Split to Milna or have a private speedboat transfer directly from the airport jetty.
Milna in picturesque Milna Bay on Brac Island is very pretty, with half a dozen nice restaurants around the bay and lovely swimming spots. The little town is quintessentially Croatian with a really nice ambiance.
Down in the bay there is a beautiful new Marina and café/bars restaurants etc, but it still has that laid back feel that we all love. A recent addition is the Olife Beach Club which is proving really popular, not only for the sun beds and the music but also the food is really different from the usual grills etc.
For a change of location one of our favourite restaurants is up on a hill near between Sutivan and Supetar the Grill garden has its own pool so take your swimming costumes when you go for lunch, or rent a boat from the marina and take a picnic out to one of the little bays nearby, not reachable by road.
For more activity, why not make the most of a superb boat trip to Hvar Island and Hvar Town and to some top spots around the islands, with lunch – definitely recommended.
Brac is just a 50-minute ferry hop from Split old town, and with 14 ferries per day in the high season, this makes it very accessible to visitors arriving at Split airport. An alternative is to have a private boat transfer from the airport jetty directly to Milna, taking just 40 minutes! There is also a catamaran service from Split port directly to Milna – not many sailings per day but worth consideration if your flights tie in with them.
