This luxury sea-side Croatia villa has 5 bedrooms and a heated private pool – this Seget Vranjica villa is perfect for a vacation in Croatia any time! The outdoor areas are designed for relaxation. There is a pool with waterfall feature, and with sun loungers on the pool terrace, perfect for soaking up the sun and the amazing views over the Adriatic. A couple of metres leads to the water’s edge with it’s little pontoon, perfect for hiring some SUPs or kayaks. There is sunbathing platform by the sea edge with sun loungers, just right to flop onto after a pleasant swim in the sea. The pool can be heated on request.
Just by the pool is the BBQ area. A Summer Kitchen, bar and sound system adds to the enjoyment of this outdoor area.
Up to 10 guests can be accommodated in this large Croatia villa. This Seget Vranjica villa consists of the main house and two beautifully designed, luxury suites. The suites are designed as studios incorporating a double bed, living area, kitchen, and bathroom with a shower, and they have have access to the garden area with its lounge furniture.
The main house is arranged over 3 floors. The 1st floor has the main socialising areas, with fabulous open sea views and area for cooking, dining and living, with a well equipped kitchen, a dining area, and living room area complete with fireplace, and large TV.
The 2nd floor has two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a balcony offering a breath-taking sea view.
The third floor features a spacious and elegant bedroom with a king-size double bed. It has an en suite bathroom with a bathtub, a living area with SAT-TV, and a kitchenette. The living area provides access to a private balcony with a wonderful view of the sea and the coastline.
The ground floor offers the fun activities, including a games room with table football and PlayStation, bar, infrared sauna, the pool, outdoor fireplace/BBQ and Summer Kitchen, and lots of room to eat alfresco.
The villa is just 2 meters from the sea but is just 300 m away from Seget Vranjica’s village centre. It’s a great location, just 6 km up the coast from Trogir, a beautiful UNESCO world heritage town, with its winding medieval street layout and Juliette balconies adorned with vibrant flowers overflowing from colourful pots. Trogir can be reached by water taxi from the harbour.
Head further up the coast and you can spend the day surrounded by nature at the Krka National Park with its waterfalls and amazing gorge. On the way back from Krka, stop off at Sibenik with its amazing cathedral and maybe treat yourself at its Michelin star restaurant.
