Brac Villa – a stunning luxury Croatia villa in Sutivan, a family villa with 4 bedrooms, fitness suite and private pool. Villa Azure is a stunning new villa with sea views, well located near the beach, restaurants, and shops of Sutivan. A stunning new villa with sea views completed for 2019, only 80m from a lovely beach and an easy walk to restaurants and shops – visit the harbour just along the promenade for boat trips to other islands and water sports etc.
The villa is in one of our favourite Brac Island bays, Bay which is a really great base for families with children. The villa comprises four lovely en-suite bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and spacious living/dining room with patio doors directly out onto the pool terrace and BBQ area. Sutivan is beautiful, surrounded by olive groves, vineyards, and farms with loads of bicycle trails (the villa has bikes) and hiking routes to explore, and lots of water sports to enjoy.
Sutivan Bay has beautiful beaches. A local attraction is the nature park, a beautiful location for young and old, where you can visit a zoo, and take part in all kinds of sports and recreation (bowling, basketball, small football, beach-volleyball, swing, sand for the children etc.), or just relax by the fountain with a glass of local wine while watching the world go by. The town has a few local shops, and about a dozen café/restaurants – nearby Supetar where the ferry comes in has some good restaurants also and even a cinema – regular buses there if you don’t want to drive.
The famous Festival of extreme sports “Vanka regule” takes place every year in May in Sutivan Bay with competitions in football and bowling.

Villa Azure was excellent. Great location and facilities nearby. Well equipped villa and well maintained. We did not need all the rooms, however the place is to be recommended.
