Villa Blue Water 1 is a contemporary styled Split Riviera villa with direct sea access and heated pool, designed for a relaxing holiday near Vinisce.
Description
Villa Blue Water 1 is one of a group of 4 Split Riviera Villas with sea access located in a lovely secluded bay near the centres of Marina and Trogir. The villas are built on a steep hillside and have a breath-taking view of the sea and the offshore islands. A private stone staircase leads down through the middle of the properties so that guests have direct access to the natural stone beach with crystal clear water, just a few steps away.
The villa is built on two levels with an internal staircase in the middle. On the ground floor, there is a wide and open space with a cosy living room corner, spacious dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.
The villa also has a Blue Ray and radio package. Behind the living area there is a guest room with sofa bed which can also be used as a work or play room and has private access to the terrace. In addition, there is a guest toilet with a sink and the boiler room with extra storage space is next to it. The upper floor is divided into 3 bedrooms, all en-suite and with Sat TV, and each with its own balcony. Each room has a king-size double bed which can also be converted into two single beds if required.
From two of the rooms you can enjoy an open sea view from the bed. The functional bathrooms all have a shower with toilet and sink. On the terrace, raised tiles have been laid for anti-slip security, especially helpful if children are running around.
The heated L shaped pool allows you to continue swimming outside of the high-season. Comfortably designed pool loungers and matching lounge furniture tempt you to relax and chill out in the sun. With an outdoor grill you can sit and chill in the shady corner of the terrace, and experience some of the most beautiful views, especially in the evening, when the sun starts to set.
This lovely Split Riviera Villa with Sea Access is accessed via a narrow gravel road and a steep driveway. In the private carport behind the villa you can park 1-2 cars.
