Villa Celeste is one of a small group of luxury Croatian villas in this corner of Brac island – a 4-bedroom villa with staff beside the sea, close to Sumartin, and within walking distance of beaches, restaurants and beach bar, with lots to do in the vicinity.
Description
Villa Celeste is in a discrete area called Puntinak where most of the rentals are luxury Croatian villas designed to give you a luxurious, pampered holiday. Daily housekeeping staff and a villa manager on hand, provide support so you can relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility.
This luxury Brac villa is only 12m from the sea, with 4 double en-suite bedrooms, fully air conditioned throughout and with underfloor heating / cooling and a SONOS music system. Dressed in artefacts and art from around the world and decorated with a rustic-chic eye for design.
At the ground floor you will find a comfortable and stylish living area which opens onto the dining room with a table for eight people, together with a fully equipped modern kitchen.
The mid floor has one double en-suite bedroom, while on the 1st floor there are a further two double en-suite bedrooms. The 2nd floor houses the fourth double en-suite bedroom. All beds have 2m handmade king beds which have been dressed in the finest organic stone-washed linens.
On the outdoor terrace you can comfortably refresh yourself in the 30m2 pool (heated when required) or sunbathe on a lounger whilst enjoying the terrific sea views. If you are feeling like cooking up a storm, you can express yourself on the outdoor grill (charcoal or wood) to prepare an alfresco meal, taken on the outdoor dining table.
You can enjoy yourselves on the water with the villa’s SUPs and kayaks, or take the bikes for a ride to the nearby beach bar or a beach, or perhaps ride round the bay to Sumartin to explore. The villa also has a resident power boat complete with skipper which you can hire to whisk you away to a hidden beach or sea edge restaurant. Explore the island in style!
As you would expect with luxury Croatian villas of this quality, you will have a comprehensive welcome pack for when you arrive, and there are bikes (road + epilator), stand up paddle boards and kayaks for your use.

What to expect at Villa Celeste, one of a trio of luxury Croatian villas:
To get you from Split airport, the villa offers private boat transfers direct to the villa for up to 12 guests – what a way to arrive, with villa staff waiting on the jetty to welcome you! This is a flat fee of €650 each way (2024 price).
Upon arrival there is a generous welcome pack with fresh local produce e.g., milk, butter, breads, cold meats, cheese, jams, honey, juice, pasta, olive oil etc. You will find the drinks cabinet with many different liquors for your use complimentary, as well as all the starter condiments. There is always a drinks’ fridge full of cold beer, wine and soft drinks – this is charged at cost, for what you use, at the end of your stay.
A caterer can be arranged who comes to the villa upon request and prepares delicious local fresh food (pasta, seafood, meats on the BBQ) which can be decided on a daily basis. The cost for this (2024 prices) is Breakfast €15 per person, Lunch €35 per person and Dinner €40 per person. This is a full service with table laid, waiter service and clearing up.
Whilst the two local villages have a number of small supermarkets and fresh markets to purchase all your groceries as well as a number of bakeries, coffee shops and restaurants, the kitchen is very well equipped with all your gourmet supplies, ready for you to transform local organic fare into delicious meals.
The villa can also arrange a fantastic yoga teacher who is also a great masseuse. The rate per hour in 2024 is €65, and this is booked once at the villa.
The villa has a brand-new power boat made by a longstanding family of boatbuilders from Split, Croatia, called Colnago, which can be hired with its licenced skipper. The villa also has a Four Winns from the USA and an Axopar from Finland, complete with all the water “toys” perfect for water sports or longer day trips around the Adriatic (the villa is only licensed to have the boats on the water with the villa’s skippers). 2024 price is €650 per day including skipper, plus the cost of the fuel (this price is more reasonable to other companies in the region which also charge for cleaning and pick up, plus it is most convenient to have the boat right outside the villa). The villa’s licensed skippers are very experienced. They can assist with water skiing, dolphin watching, hidden beachfront restaurants and wonderful day trips in the area. The boat legally holds 12 people.
