Villa Erena provides flexible accommodation for large groups, is close to the beach and restaurants, yet in a private, verdant area belonging to the villa – easy access to lovely Trogir can be with the nearby water taxi.
Description
The villa, separated into apartments, comprises five 2-bedroom self-contained apartments. Each apartment also has a single sofa bed in the living room should you need a bit of flexibility with sleeping arrangements. The apartments share a heated pool, BBQ, small gym and Pool House. It makes the perfect property for a group who want to holiday together, without being in each other’s pockets. You can retreat to your apartment when you want some privacy.
All the self-contained apartments have wonderful sea views over to Ciovo island and along towards Trogir, and all have a least one balcony to enjoy the view from. Balconies have tables and chairs for alfresco dining – great for morning coffee too, or a glass of something chilled before heading out for dinner.
This Croatia villa separated into apartments is in an excellent location, just minutes from the beach and restaurants, and a short transfer from the airport. Getting around without a car is easy with taxis/Uber available and a handy water taxi from the jetty at the nearby Medena Hotel. National Parks are at hand with the waterfalls at the Krka National Park the closest. And of course, stunning UNESCO Trogir Old Town shouldn’t be missed and is close enough to pop into for dinner! Split Old Town is an easy day trip, formed around the amazing Diocletian’s Palace, another UNESCO protected area. Split port is of course the gateway to the islands.
The villa has integrated solar energy to maximise its eco credentials.
Make sure you visit ‘Frankie’ the best fish restaurant in the area, which is just along the beach in the heart of Seget Donji. There is the also the opportunity to hire the nearby tennis court (with or without coaching).

The tables here are set up for 14 guests but it can be set up for 20 guests.
Booking Notes
- The owners live at the property in a small apartment but with a separate entrance. They carry out pool and garden maintenance and are there should you need them but will not bother you otherwise.
- There is a cleaning fee of €400 payable on arrival
- As with all villas, there is a visitor tax of €2,50 per person per day(2026 price) payable on arrival.
