Delightful Villa Evie is a fully modernised and well-equipped, Dubrovnik villa with garden – retaining the old-world character, but with every modern amenity you’d want, this Croatia family villa will not disappoint.
Description
Unusually for a villa so close to the beaches in Mlini, this one has a lovely garden with lawns and mature trees – great for basking in the hammock or having a picnic in the shade.
The ground floor opens up to a lovely, shaded terrace with access from the kitchen. From here you can enjoy your alfresco meal, perhaps cooked on the BBQ. A pathway and small flight of steps to the side of the villa takes you to the pool, with its terrace set out with sun loungers, sun umbrella and day bed. This Dubrovnik villa with garden has a lovely environment, surrounded by lawns and mature Mediterranean trees.
A first-floor terrace wraps around on two sides to maximise its views. This is accessed from the living area and provides a super relaxing area to enjoy a coffee or aperitif on the outside lounge furniture.
The comfortable bedrooms are found at the ground and first floors (internal stairs). Two bedrooms are on the ground floor (both with a double bed that can be separated into single beds). The master bedroom is on the first floor, replete with ensuite bathroom having a bath. An extra two beds, suitable for older children or young teens, are available on the mezzanine accessed from the living area.
The villa is situated in a little village made up of locals’ houses and some holiday rentals. It is close to the wonderful Mlini Bay, which has all you need: beaches, restaurants, café bars, shopping (Sub City Mall), water sports, water taxi to the amazing Dubrovnik old town and lovely Cavtat….
