We only work with villas we know and love and so in one way or another they are all Croatia Gems. Every villa is different with different attributes and of course everyone has different idea of what their ideal is. The ideal Croatia villa holiday is so subjective!

At the top of the range, these are the best villas on the Croatian coast and are the most luxurious in terms of overall design, interior and exterior specifications, privacy, garden, views and services. As a guide to the standard of the villas in this section, these are the sorts of attributes required for inclusion:
- Super location next to sea or in a stunning inland location, with sea or other dramatic views
- Private, not overlooked

- Spacious interiors including bedrooms and bathrooms
- En-suite bedrooms, preferably all with balconies
- High spec fittings and furniture
- Super kitchen

- Tailor Made Bespoke Services
- Extras like bicycles, kayaks and boat mooring
Exclusive Villas
These are high end villas with a high overall specifiation and which we feel are typically more luxurious in nature. As a guide to the standard of the villas in this section, these are the sorts of attributes required for inclusion:
- Good location, not overlooked
- Air-con throughout villa
- En-suite bedrooms & master suite with balcony
- Modern fixtures and fittings
- Good kitchen
- Parking
- Wifi & sat TV
- Summer kitchen or quality BBQ
- Good sized terrace
- Decent pool
