Superbly located, in the very centre of Jelsa, about a 20-minute drive from Hvar town, this property is a beautiful luxury Jelsa villa which is a traditional turn of the century Dalmatian house which has recently been renovated to a lovely standard. Spreading over 600m², the ground floor offers a modern, fully equipped kitchen, with living room and dining area that exits to the spacious terrace and Mediterranean garden and swimming pool (15m x 2.40m). There is a large table for 12+ in the dining room and the living room has areas for watching the TV and another lounging area with sofas (extra beds). The terrace is also equipped with a large table and chairs for al-fresco dining plus additional garden furniture, sun beds etc. Also on the ground floor, there is a relaxing indoor pool (24m²) and a sauna. During the summer months it is refreshing to swim in the inside pool, whilst during winter it is nice and warm since the pool can be heated. This floor also has a great surround sound system.
On the first floor there are four double bedrooms, each with its own luxurious bathroom. As you would expect, each room has air conditioning and satellite TV.
