This double property is made up of two lovingly restored, terraced villas, sitting side by side, each with a garden and pool. Perfect place for 2 families who like to go on holiday together but keeping their own little private space.
Description
With a door in between the two gardens, this is the perfect Croatia villa for 2 families or larger groups who wish to holiday together but also have their own space, with 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms across the two villas. Villa Kim has a good sized garden with traditional BBQ and Villa Tereza benefits from a Jacuzzi and outside bathroom. With a fantastic and sought after location just above Mlini Bay, everything on the Dubrovnik Riviera is within easy reach and this makes for a comfortable and well located base for a large group and a perfect Croatia villa for 2 families sharing a holiday but wanting that little bit of privacy also.
The village and Mlini Bay are just a 10 minute walk down the hill – Mlini has some of the nicest beaches on the Dubrovnik Riviera in our opinion and the scenery is stunning. There are lovely beaches all around the bay and a pretty harbour. Mlini Bay has a selection of restaurants and café-bars. It’s a lovely place to spend days or evenings.
It’s really nice to stay in the village and being so close to everything on the Dubrovnik Riviera, it’s easy to explore. There are boats from Mlini out to the little islands off the coast of Dubrovnik which have hidden coves and wonderful diving/snorkelling and swimming or catch the water taxi into the Old Town of Dubrovnik, to nearby Cavtat Bay and Plat Bay.
Mlini is also only 10 minutes drive from the fabulous UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Old Town of Dubrovnik so it’s easy to visit and certainly a must-see. We’d recommend going into Dubrovnik Old Town for dinner one evening as the atmosphere is wonderful – lamp lit streets, music in the squares and plenty of restaurants to choose from.
There are lots of Things to do on the Dubrovnik Riviera like Hiring a Chef for your Villa, taking a Walking Tour of the Old Town of Dubrovnik, going on a Sights & Bites Tour, Wine Tasting in Dubrovnik or taking a trip to Korcula Island, taking an Excursion to the famous Old Town of Mostar, Exploring the Filming Locations of the Games of Thrones Series in Dubrovnik, Island Hopping around Dubrovnik’s own little Elaffiti Islands!

Please note, there is an external door between the gardens or the two villas linking them. There is no internal door between the two properties, making this a perfect Croatia villa for 2 families that go on holiday every year but like a bit of private space too.

Layout
Villa Exterior
Ample parking is available for guests at the bottom of the steps leading up to the house. The front of the house has an ample stone terrace with three steps leading up to the swimming pool which is slightly raised. Beautiful varnished decking and stonework add to the rustic charm of the garden. The glass mosaic tiled swimming pool is 8m x 4m and has internal stairs as well as the luxury of a massage bench to relax one’s muscles. The swimming pool has lighting to make this a fantastic space at night time for guests whether they wish to swim or dine by the pool.
Villa Interior…
Ground Floor
The ground floor comprises of kitchen and dining room combined as well as a bathroom. Guests will find an ample fridge freezer, oven with hob, full size dishwasher and washing machine. The ground floor bathroom contains a WC and sink and shower unit as well as the washing machine.
Ground Floor Annex
The ground floor annex cannot be entered from the main building therefore providing privacy for guests sleeping there. Floor to ceiling wardrobes in the bedroom provide large storage space. Guests will find a double bed measuring 180 x 200 that can be separated in to two singles and ensuite shower room.
First Floor
Villa Kim’s first floor comprises of the lounge which has a beautiful stone fire place as a focal point. Hand crafted wood furniture adds to the charm of this room. A flat screen TV, wireless and printer are available for guests use here. A large L shaped sofa provides the perfect spot to relax as well as the additional double bed.
From the lounge guests can enter the garden directly where they will find a stone barbeque and stunning terrace with views of the Adriatic. Guests can enjoy the shade provided by the covered terrace as well as its privacy. A teak table with tall chairs providing the perfect spot for al fresco dining.
Second Floor
The second floor hosts two double bedrooms as well as another WC/ shower room. The main bedroom leads on to a balcony with table for two and breath taking views of Cavtat and the sea. Inbuilt wardrobes offer plenty of storage space.
The second bedroom on the second floor offers the flexibility of either a double bed for couples or two single beds for other guests. An in built wardrobe and chest of drawers provide ample storage.
Local Amenities
- Beach: approx. 10 minutes walk (5 minute drive) down the hill into Mlini Bay – 5 minutes’ walk to the upper part of Mlini (there is a main road to cross to get to the path down to the beach but then it’s an approx. 5 minute walk down a path and steps, to Mlini Bay). From there you can go to the pretty harbour and village centre, restaurants, café bars & water taxi, and meander along the path and explore more beaches. It is a longer walk back up to the villa as it is uphill.
- Shop: Mlini or a larger supermarket in the new mall at Srebreno (by the new Sheraton)
- Restaurants and bars: in Mlini Village approx. 10 minutes walk down the hill
- Bank: cashpoint in Mlini
- Boat Trips: Boat trips to islands and water taxi Dubrovnik old town May-Oct
- Internet café: in the Old Town of Dubrovnik (approx. 10 minutes’ drive)
- Airport: 20 minutes (Dubrovnik)
- Bus: A new bus service stops at the bottom of the steps – no. 10 bus goes to Mlini then onto Cavtat in one direction & Old Town in the other.
These villas make a perfect Croatia villa for 2 families.

The holiday was lovely thanks.
Great to be met on arrival at the airport by Tena.
Then greeted by Marko at the villa. Villa was beautiful – absolutely no complaints whatsoever.
Used taxis an awful lot – really easy to get to Dubrovnik and Cavtat.
Ate out a lot – Mlini was great for that – whether or not Lanterna or Bistro G – all nice.
All in all a great holiday.

We had a brilliant holiday thanks and the villa was amazing! Ana was really helpful and lovely – it was great that she met us and showed us the way to the villa.
The owner was also really approachable and friendly. We didn’t have any problems but felt we could have texted him or Ana if we needed.
We did get a parking ticket so you may want to warn guests not to park anywhere other than official parking bays.
Thanks for a great holiday – Mlini was perfect for our family.

We have just returned from our weeks stay at the above and oh how we wish we could have stayed longer. The villa was amazing, everything we could have hoped for and more, I don’t think the website pictures do it justice. The view has to be seen to be believed, not only the sea, but the spectacular mountainside and lush valley a haven for bird life which we had not expected. The villa has been decorated in a very stylish manner, if I’m being picky there could have been a bit more crockery, but that would be my only negative comment. Everything was scrupulously clean including the pool and jacuzzi which Marco maintained on a nearly daily basis.
I have to say I did have reservations about using a non bonded company, you do hear some horror stories, but I will not hesitate to recommend you to friends, from your professional, clear and informative website to the booking stage, Denise was always on hand, even on bank holidays, to answer any query I had. Ana, on site, could not have been more accommodating and of course the accommodation could not have been better.
Thank you for all your hard work, I do appreciate that these things don’t just happen.

“Helen, Thanks for your email. We all had a lovely holiday thank you. The villa was splendid and the owners most welcoming and helpful.. Parking by the beach is feasible in Srebreno..in Mlini we did discover a car park off the main road, opposite the bakers. This is free and there were always spaces. It is practical to walk down (and back up!) to the beach & ferries in Mlini from this car park. The Ruzmarin Gastro Bar provides excellent food and service and is opposite the Sheraton Hotel. We had our final meal there and it finished our holiday nicely. I suspect the Sheraton’s restaurant is good as well, but we didn’t try it. We were struck by the enthusiasm of many of the traders (restaurants, ferries, attractions, shops etc) to provide a high level of service for tourists and a recognition that Croatia is in competition with many other centres. We always felt welcomed and on no occasion were made to feel awkward as foreigners, even when getting in the way of the locals when shopping in the supermarket. ” Regards, Adrian” May 2017

“We had a really good holiday thank you. The villa was very nice & it was great to have all the little extras such as dishwasher tablets & washing powder which you usually have to buy. Everything was clean & tidy & the views were spectacular…The guy looking after the villa, Bozo, was very good & it was nice to be able to communicate with him via txt if anything was needed or to let us know when he was coming to clean the pool. Also, Nicolina was very good at giving us ideas on things to do & organise trips for us. The area was fantastic & also up & down the coast. We will definitely be recommending it to our friends.“
