Description
Villa Lapad is lovely and so near the beaches… Set in a residential area, it is a very well equipped Dubrovnik villa with four spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a generous sized pool 32m2.
On the ground floor of the villa there is a large living/dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also an utility room and cloakroom. From the 1st floor you have access to a roof terrace, and there is free Wi-fi and air con throughout the house. Outside there is a covered area, to give you some respite from the sun and a 300m terrace with heated pool (32m) and Jacuzzi – The villa also benefits from a Summer kitchen /BBQ area.
Just a short walk away is the main bus stop for Dubrovnik old town, and you are also very close to Gruz port where you can catch the little ferries out on to the islands. The villa is just 200m from the lovely new Marina Frapa, plus three beaches are within an easy walk: Sunset 500m , Coral and the main Lapad beach – Cococabana 800m. There is free parking (gated) for three cars but with everything on your doorstep you probably won’t need a car. Just a few doors’ away is a little supermarket and a high end butchers for that BBQ fare, and just around the corner is a new Sushi restaurant and an Italian restaurant. Plus the superb waterside Restaurant Orsan is close by next to the Marina. Lapad has some wonderful restaurants and beach bars, so it always has a great atmosphere.
