A recently built villa with pool near beaches, is sure to be a big hit with our regular customers -Villa Lemon in Valbandon is delightful, with lots to keep you amused at the villa – super location too, close to Pula’s culture and shops and Fazana’s popular beaches and water sports.
Description
Contemporary Villa Lemon was completed in 2019 and is a stunning 3 Bedroom Villa with pool near beaches. Spread over two floors, the ground floor has one bedroom with a bathroom, modern kitchen with dining area, and living room with access to the pool and a covered terrace with its summer kitchen.
On the first floor, which is connected by internal stairs, there are two air-conditioned bedrooms with bathrooms, each with a balcony. From the balcony you can enjoy the view of the pool while drinking your morning coffee.
The outdoor pool is surrounded by decking.
If you want to spend time outside the villa, you can visit nearby Pula, with loads of shops and restaurants and a popular new aquarium. Fažana is also very popular beach destination and has lots of water sports etc or take a boat trip out to the beautiful islands of Brijuni.
