Villa Lendra is only 500m from the main beach and beach bars of Okrug Gornji and is a very popular venue for couples or older families who want to be near beach bars and restaurants without the worry of driving.
Description
Lovely Villa Lendra is an Okrug Gornji villa and very popular for couples and families as it’s so near the beach just 200m away, no need for a car, everything is on your doorstep. Built to a high specification it’s cool contemporary and well-equipped.
Inside the house there are 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (3 bathrooms with WC and shower, and inside the house there are 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (3 bathrooms with WC and shower and one with WC and bath), living room, kitchen/diner, fitness room and a balcony with a great sea view.
Each bedroom is equipped with a queen size double bed, bathroom, wardrobe and desk . If you need the extra room there are two extra beds in the living room.
All rooms have air-conditioning and free WI-FI Internet access.
The kitchen is well equipped with cooker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, dishes and other cooking utensils.
In the living room there is cable TV with international channels.
The fitness room is equipped with treadmill, bicycle and weights.
Outside the large terrace with pool benefits from a beautiful view of the island and beach. There is also a barbecue (great butchers’ behind Trogir market and there is also a fish market there, across the road).
While on the island you can visit many local beaches – the nearest one is only 200 meters from this Okrug Gornji villa. The island has many restaurants to choose from, there is also a great choice in the little villages up the coast and in Split itself.
The stunning UNESCO World Heritage site of Trogir Old Town is just 3 km away (by bus or water taxi from the beach ) with its stylish Riva (promenade), wealth of good restaurants and café bars, and amazing Italian ice cream. There is Konoba Duga a short drive from Okrug Gornji – it’s an perfect place and no need to have a car to get there – take the water taxi, have lunch at the family restaurant and then spend the afternoon swimming and taking in the stunning scenery – highly recommended!
There is lots to do in the area : discover the Krka National park with its famous waterfalls (you are allowed to swim under the one on the lower lake) stop on the way back at the lovely old town of Sibenik and sample the local ice cream.
Take a Speed boat to Hvar Island & Pakleni Islands, or a Boat trip to Vis Island’s blue & green cave, and try and spot some dolphins! or what about some white water rafting on the Cetina River at Omis!
