Set on a small hill in a lovely pine forest and just 210m away from the sea, is the lovely Villa Liris – arranged as apartments, it makes the perfect 7 bedroom villa for families wanting to holiday together but who require their own privacy and space.
Description
In Villa Liris we found the perfect 7 bedroom villa with pool so near the sea and lovely Primosten. Separated into apartments, it’s very adaptable to a family group with various ages.
Two of the apartments have two bedrooms (1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with bunk beds), a bathroom with a shower, a kitchenette, a dining/sitting area and a terrace overlooking the sea.
On the top floor is a 135 m2 apartment with 3 bedrooms (1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with bunk beds, and 1 twin bedroom (the beds can be connected), 2 bathrooms, an open plan kitchen/dining/living area and a terrace (40 m2). One bathroom has a shower, while another one has a hydro-massage bath.
The little self-contained ‘house’ by the pool comprises of an open plan kitchen/dining/living room and a bathroom, so provides everything you need to spend the day around the pool with its lovely terraces – the perfect place for the children to escape the midday sun. It’s also gated so is away from the apartments.
