Villa Magnolia is a lovely Croatia villa near the beach – this luxury family villa is just 30m from Brzet Beach at Omis and has a contemporary style with 4 double en-suite bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, a gym, a mini children’s play area and a design which maximises the stunning views, the villa is perfect for a family holiday to suit all.
Description
Some of the best beaches are in this area; Omis itself has a long sandy beach Brzet beach is approx 15 – 20 minutes from the centre and is pebbly, where the water is very clear and very popular with snorkelers. This Croatia villa near the beach is located near the lovely village of Podstrana, 15 km from the centre of Split Old Town and 14 km from the town of Omis (rafting, pinball…etc.). The beach is also a favourite for families with younger children as the beach shelves only very gently and there are several little restaurants and beach bars as well as beach showers and sunbeds for hire. The pine trees leading down onto the beach also provide plenty of shade from the afternoon sun for smaller children .
Villa Magnolia was completed in 2017 and has 4 double bedrooms all located on the first floor. Each bedroom is en-suite – there are six bathrooms in total, all of showers and 4 also have a bath. On the ground floor there is a large open plan living and dining area with a well equipped and modern kitchen. The large glass wall in the lounge area makes the most of the sea views and leads out to the terrace and pool (30m²).
The lower ground floor is built into the hill and reached via outdoor steps from the terrace above. It is equipped with a gym, study room, sauna and shower room – the sofa in the study converts into a double bed should extra beds be required. There is also a laundry room.
This Croatia villa near the beach is completely fenced, with private parking, there is also a children’s playground and a BBQ/dining area.
There is lots to do in area of Split : Speed boat to Hvar Island , Boat trip to Vis Island’s blue & green cave, discover the Plitvice lakes, visit the Beautiful Old Town Mostar or Dubrovnik Old Town.
It is not far from restaurants, coffee bars and shops, and there is a perfect spot for a family to relax and you can hire beach equipment to make it ultra comfy – just perfect for a holiday….Podstrana Bay itself has everything that is necessary for your convenience – ATM, shops, restaurants etc.
