Villa Nova is a gorgeous new villa just on the outskirts of Novigrad (2km) – its combination of contemporary design and warm colours really work well together creating an unique base for your family holiday.

Unique family villa Nova is situated just outside lovely Novigrad and makes a super base for a family that wants to somewhere fairly peaceful but a short taxi/drive away from lots of Entertainment
On the ground floor there is an open plan living area/kitchen/diner and a double bedroom with en-suite, there is also a useful separate WC. Upstairs there are another three en-suite bedrooms, and as two of the bedrooms have an additional bed, they can be used as twins, giving that added flexibility to sleeping arrangements.
Outside there is a lovely pool and sunbathing terrace and two car parking spaces.
Novigrad makes an exciting base for family groups, featuring some of the best seafood restaurants in Istria, or head inland to beautiful villages like Buje and Motovan in an area well known for its truffles and award-winning wines. Take the children to Novigrad’s new water park, or catch a ferry across to Venice for a day trip.
