Lovely Villa Octave is a newly modernised Hvar villa which is as comfortable outside as in, with well designed terraces around the summer kitchen to maximise alfresco living and making the most of sunbathing opportunities and warm breezes into the evening.
Description
This little gem of a newly modernised Hvar villa is hidden away on the edge of lovely Jelsa, backed by Mediterranean pine forests and looking out towards the sea.
The large, heated L shaped pool is definitely an attraction, equipped with massage jets. Adjacent to the pool is one of the double en-suite bedrooms with its own separate terrace, which is lovely if a couple of the group prefers a little privacy.
From the pool you can wander around the edge of the villa to the summer kitchen at the back of the house, where, as well as the kitchen there is a small vegetable garden where you can help yourselves to some fresh tomatoes to accompany your BBQ! The area is well equipped with a dining table for 8 and even an ice machine.
On the next level is the living room, the main well equipped kitchen and two of the bedrooms, both of which have bathrooms – one of the beds is quite small and would probably work better for a single adult or 2 small children.
From the living room an oak staircase leads to the top floor where the gallery serves as a studio accommodation. On one side, the gallery exits to an uncovered terrace with a sea and forest view, whereas on the other, you enter the master bedroom. This fourth and largest (white) bedroom is 19m² in size, and has a double bed (180x200cm). This room has an en-suite bathroom with a shower tray and it also has an extendable armchair that can turn into a bed for one person if required, or perfect for lounging on.
Each bedroom has a smart TV, satellite TV, AC, a dresser, a mirror, and a wardrobe.
