Description
This Croatia luxury Korcula villa has one of the best locations in our opinion – just 5 km from famous Korcula Old Town, with all its history, restaurants and yet more wonderful scenery, it’s the perfect place to enjoy an authentic taste of Croatia and explore the coast.
Villa Opus certainly has the wow-factor with stunning floor to ceiling windows in the living area affording amazing views over the bay towards the mainland wine region of the Peljesac Peninsula. You can’t help but be wowed by the beauty of the location, inside and out.
There’s also plenty if scope for well-being at this luxury Korcula villa. The ground floor houses a self-contained wellness area with gym, sauna and shower. This is accessed from the open-plan kitchen, dining and living rooms. All with signature sea views through the two-storey floor to ceiling windows. The interior design of the villa leaves nothing out and comes complete with high quality furnishings and cutting-edge equipment.
The spacious interior of this luxury Korcula villa features an open plan living/dining/kitchen area which leads seamlessly to large outside terraces and to the pool area. The equally spacious exterior terraces give you opportunities relax in comfort in shade or sun, and along with the fresh-water, heated infinity pool give breath taking views over the bay. Below the pool area, you can sunbathe on sun loungers or should you tire of relaxing at your luxury Korcula villa, you can use up some energy on the villa’s paddle boards and canoes. The villa has a mooring for visiting boats and larger vessels, but why not take advantage of Villa Opus’ own private boat which is available for guests to charter with a skipper.
In terms of luxury Korcula villas, this is one of the most desirable in our opinion – the high season sells out at least a year in advance, so book early!

Villa Opus has four double bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms (two on the ground floor which are accessed from the main hallway area, and two on the middle floor which can be used as twin bedrooms). Each has its own private balcony with breath-taking views of the azure bay outside.

Local Amenities
A sought-after location indeed… Villa Opus is within easy reach of Korcula Old Town, one of the best preserved medieval towns of the Mediterranean. Like a jewel jutting out of the land this is a beautiful little town and the birthplace of Marco Polo. It has plenty of meandering streets to wander along, and cosy little shops, bars and restaurants to stop at.

Booking Notes
Price includes:
Welcome pack (see below), tourist tax, cost of utilities including water, gas and electricity, daily maid service, bed linen and pool towels changed twice a week; full air conditioning throughout; heating; final cleaning, Wi-Fi internet, telephone (local calls only). Sorry but no pets.
• Daily Maid Service: This includes basic interior cleaning and tidying rooms, vacuuming and washing floors if required; and bed making. It does not include washing up, clearing away dirty dishes, drying outside areas after rain, etc. Each Wednesday: All bed linen and beach towels are changed.
• Welcome pack: In addition to the essentials of bread, butter, milk, tea, coffee, etc., Villa Opus will greet its guests with some delicious local produce, such as: White Wine, Red Wine, Sparkling Wine, Fresh Olives, fruit, nuts, homemade Korcula Virgin Olive Oil and biscuits/cookies, sweets/candies, preserves/jello.
Concierge
Shopping Services: The villa managers can carry out grocery shopping for guests with a modest charge for fuel. If requested, this can include fresh bread & croissants each morning when they come to clean, but this will be after 09.00 to respect guests’ peace and privacy.
Additional services bookable at the villa include a Massage Therapist, Yoga Instructor, Private Chef & Waiting Staff, Private Boat, Boat Taxi, Wine List, Water Sports, Vineyard Tour, recommended restaurants with special deals (free wine or desserts or 10% off the bill) and a warm welcome for villa guests. Car Rental and Boat Rental can also be arranged with delivery to the villa.

Villa Opus Private boat charter
The beautiful Axopar 28 T Top won the prestigious Powerboat of the Year Award in 2017. The boat and skipper can be hired daily allowing guests to be transported to other islands and to experience a full range of water sports.
If you charter the boat for a week from this luxury Korcula villa it will be moored directly outside the villa for your use. Your private skipper can drive you to lunch in idyllic bays or smaller islands; or you can be taken you into Korcula Town for dinner!
