Villa Paradise is just a 20 mins drive from Dubrovnik Old Town. The villa is a gorgeous house with stone detail, just a short walk from the sea in the beautiful, calm bay of Orasac… This stunning 7 bedroom Dubrovnik Villa is the perfect place to relax with your family; every detail has been thought of carefully to ensure the guests are totally relaxed during their stay.
Also at this stunning 7 bedroom Dubrovnik Villa. there is an attractive heated pool complete with wonderful Mediterranean views out over the coast and nearby islands, and also a traditional, fully equipped, Croatian summer kitchen with fireplace for cooking superb BBQ’s, and of course a large table for those alfresco holiday evenings.
The location is wonderful – Orasac is a picturesque and charming little village in a bay, perfect for relaxing in the sunshine and swimming in the sea. Zaton has little pebbly beaches and swimming spots, and plenty of pine trees for shade – it’s really pleasant to walk along the shore or just to sit in one of the little sea-front restaurants sipping a glass of local wine! Zaton village is a 5 minute drive with a shop/post office (ATM) restaurants and café bars.
Should you wish for some diversion, the Sun Gardens Resort is just down below in the bay with beaches, pools and restaurants and Spa facilities.
The villa is also only 30 minutes drive (10km) from the ancient walled city of Dubrovnik so if you get bored of lounging around the pool or bathing in the sea, and having fresh fish BBQs then you can sightsee, shop or eat in the stunning old town or take a trip to one of the near by islands.
Dubrovnik is the most well known destination on the Dubrovnik Riviera with its famous medieval walled town, but there are many other beautiful and interesting places worth a visit, Cavtat Bay, Konavle, Mlini Bay on the other side of Dubrovnik, and the wonderful Elaphiti islands of Kolocep and Lopud. The wine region of the Peljesac Peninsula is also on your doorstep here along with the Islands of Korcula and Mljet… Great food, stunning views and wonderful sea-side locations and beaches – this is a real gem…
This Stunning 7 bedroom Dubrovnik Villa will not disappoint!
The villa is set up on the hillside, hence the amazing views. The Sun Gardens Resort is about a 5-10-minute walk from the villa where the beaches, restaurants and little convenience store are all open to the public. The Sun Gardens is quite a little hub for the many villas in this area. One of the restaurants there has a delivery service and another on the resort usually has a takeaway service. There are also beach activities – kayak, jet ski, SUP boards are usually rented out by a concession so are available for anyone to hire. The Resort’s website includes a resort map, so you can see where the amenities are.
Whilst the Resort’s outdoor pools, sports facilities, and spa facilities, are not open to the public, outside of the High Season there is sometimes the potential to buy a Day Pass.

Bedrooms: 4 x Double Bedrooms, 1 x King Sized Bedroom, 1 x Twin Bedroom & 1 x Extra Single Bedroom with “Daybed”
Set over three floors you enter into the main hall way which leads into a large open plan living space with family room, dining area for 10 and a fully equipped top of the range kitchen, off the hallway is a downstairs WC and bathroom – large French windows lead out to the beautiful terrace with stunning views of the bay below. Follow the terrace around to a large pool and BBQ area perfect for alfresco dining.
On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, all en-suite, a twin and one smaller bedroom with a “Day Bed” that can be extended to sleep 1 or 2 people. Three double bedrooms share a large terrace with sea views, whilst the twin has a view of the garden.
The second floor has the penthouse suite – the large living area has a king size bed , another room with queen size/double and a large bathroom – it also has two balconies one with sea views and one with views over the garden.

The holiday and villa were all fantastic. The villa was so comfortable and very well equipped, the outdoor area proved to be amazing, and we spent most of our time there.
To be honest Lora (the villa owner) gave us some great recommendations, so you may already know them, but some that stand out are:
but the pizzeria really close by (I think she had some leaflets in the villa) was super and they delivered to the house, so it was perfect for a couple of lazy nights.
Also my husband and I really enjoyed Restaurant More (attached to the hotel in Dubrovnik – plus the Cave Bar was very cool).
Thank you again for a wonderful stay and find! We’ll definitely be back.
