VILLA PEARL – SEGET VRANJICA, SPLIT RIVIERA
Villa Pearl is a fully equipped, air-conditioned holiday villa, well situated for the beach, just 80m from the sea and with wonderful views towards Trogir and Ciovo island.
Description
Villa Pearl is a well situated villa for the beach and is located on the other side of the peninsula right by Belvedere Beach which has a promenade all along it with restaurants, cafe bars and some little shops. The peninsula offers a breathtaking view of the Adriatic islands of Solta and Drvenik and the beach here has a good range of facilities like a promenade all the way to Seget Old Town next to Trogir, and Medena Activity Beach, water sports like jet skis, kayaks and banana rides,
The Villa has the benefit of three double bedrooms (or 2 doubles and one twin) -one on ground floor, and two on the first floor, two bathrooms, two separate WC’s, open plan living area, a well equipped kitchen and parking. The pool, which is also lit for those evening dips, is equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas and a shower. There is also broadband access and satellite TV.
Seget Vranjica is an ancient fishing town located on a small peninsula, 5 kms or a five minute drive west from the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Trogir Old Town in the direction of Sibenik. It lies only 8 kms from the airport and 30 kms from the town of Split so it’s convenient for arriving and for sightseeing.
The bay has many beautiful sandy/shingly and pebbly beaches. Water taxis to Trogir, a children’s playground and showers/changing cabins.
There are some very nice restaurants in Seget Vranjica and a variety of café bars to while away the non-sunbathing hours in the main bay – there is a Beach Bar and Beach Restaurant at Belvedere Beach, or try Restaurant Konoba Ribar in the main bay, with beautiful views of the bay. This is a very pleasant place to base yourself for a holiday on the Split/Trogir Riviera and the perfect villa if you want to be situated near the beach
A regular boat service goes every 30 minutes from Seget Vranjica beach to Trogir and back. Bus services are also frequent. In Trogir Old Town you will find a scrumptious fruit market and countless shops and restaurants. Take an evening walk through tiny streets and squares and enjoy great sea food and Italian ice cream!
Seget Vranjica is a suitable destination for those who want a quiet holiday, away from the hustle and bustle but is very convivial. The countryside is characterised by lush Mediterranean vegetation, old vineyards and olive groves, suitable for walking and cycling. Nearby there are many islands and islets, ideal for excursions by boat or yacht.
There are plenty of things to do in the Split & Trogir Area like visit the Krka Waterfalls & Sibenik, Boat trip to Hvar Island & Blue Caves of Vis Island, visit the Mostar Old Town & Bridge and also the Plitvice Lakes.
Villa Pearl is well situated villa for the beach.

It’s approx. 5 minutes’ walk (300m) to the ‘Belvedere Market’ and approx. 6 minutes’ walk (400m) to a ‘Studenac’ store – both of these are well stocked small-medium sized local grocery shops. They have most of the sorts of things you’d need day to day. Then there is a ‘Tommy Store’ on the main road about 4 minutes’ drive away but we’d recommend doing a big shop on the way from the airport as there is a big ‘Lidl’ and a big ‘Kaufland’ (next to each other) that you pass on the way to the villa (approx 13 minutes drive from the villa (10.3 km) – this is what most people do that works well!

Reviews
“We had a great holiday thanks. Villa was lovely it was 4 bedrooms not 3 although the one downstairs didn’t have air con so wasn’t sure if that was why it was listed as a 3.
I thought communication was really good. Owner was very flexible with check-in and out times that was much appreciated.
Would definitely book with you again if going to Croatia.

“Hi Helen
Thank you for your email. We had an amazing time at the villa. The owners met us on arrival and they showed us everything and had prepared a plate of ham and cheese with bread which was lovely. There was everything you needed in the villa. We particularly loved the outside space, so many different places to sit and the views were amazing. We especially liked the outside kitchen area and we used the BBQ quite a lot.
We spent quite a lot of evenings in the nearby harbour, there was a small bar there and a couple of restaurants Koniba Ribar and Konoba Kamenica which were lovely.
We took a boat out on our own for a couple of days and also did a private tour to Krka Waterfalls and Bibich Vineyard which we also really enjoyed.
We would definitely recommend the villa and the location as it was all perfect.
Thanks again for all your support and helping us put together the holiday last minute. We really did have an amazing time.
Many thanks

“Hi
We had a lovely holiday. The villa was ideal for us – very traditional and comfortable
There was a shop, bakers and fruit shop all within walking distance and some pretty reasonable restaurants again within walking distance which was ideal for us as we didn’t hire a car – not sure I would pick any out for recommendations – all reasonable food at Croatian prices. The hotel next door (Hotel Victoria) were very helpful and that looked nice – we had breakfast there on the day we arrived which was lovely – and you could have dinner there but we never got round to it.
There was also the water taxi into Trogir every hour which gave you a much bigger selection.
Cheers
Elizabeth” July 2018
“Dear Helen,
Thank you for your email.
We all had a fabulous time! The villa was wonderful. We were so surprised at how spacious it was, with incredible views out to sea. The garden and pool were beautiful. We were given a very warm welcome from the owners on our arrival and had their telephone number if we had any problems, which was very reassuring.
The local area was recommended by yourselves and fitted our requirements exactly – quiet but within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the sea so as not to need to hire a car. It was also great to be in walking distance of the water taxi.
We would whole-heartedly recommend the villa to anyone (except for those with walking difficulties/young children as there were lots of steps) and we would love to return back.
Thank you so much for making our holiday so memorable. The service we received from yourselves was excellent.
Best wishes,
Viv” 2016
“Hello Helen, Thanks for your email. Our holiday went really well. The villa was just as described and comfortably accommodated all seven of us. The villa had provided some “emergency rations” to get us started. The village had two small shops and a bay with two restaurants and bars. The pool was excellent and it was a well situated villa for the beach & sea swimming was as advertised only 80m away. There was a 20 min boat ferry to Trogir which proved to be a real Adriatic gem. We arranged a private trip to Mostar which also went well with an obliging driver who fitted in a couple of other things that we wanted to do. So all in all we’re very happy. (weather too hot really – 35 C ish!)” Mr O. 2015
