Villa Perunika, named after the Iris, Croatia’s national flower, is fully modernised throughout, giving a sought-after cool contemporary styling. It sits in a little village within easy reach of the restaurants, beaches, and shops of Srebreno and Mlini bay. With 3 bedrooms, makes this Mlini family villa just perfect for the small family of up to 6 guests. The villa comprises the ground floor of the property, with the upper storey unoccupied.
The villa is closest to the Srebreno end of the wider Mlini bay. Mlini bay is the first proper sea edge village as you travel down the coast from Dubrovnik. Dubrovnik old town is only a 10-minute drive/bus away, or you can also get the water taxi into Dubrovnik old town harbour or to Cavtat and out to the beautiful islands off Dubrovnik’s coast from one of the little harbours in the bay.
The bay has everything, making a great location – a good selection of restaurants and cafes, children’s play areas, a variety of water sports on offer, and probably the most and best beaches in the Dubrovnik area – the whole one side of the bay is beach and coves and most of it is pedestrianized so great for children and relaxing generally.
As it’s just a 25-minute transfer from the airport, you can be on a sun lounger by the pool in record time!
