Villa Romantica is a stunning beach villa with pool located just over 2 km from the lovely Supetar on Brac Island – set in a beautiful secluded bay the villa is part of a working farm with olive groves and vineyards, and orchards, this stunning beach villa has been renovated to a very high standard.
Description
Villa Romantica is a stunning beach villa with pool perfect for that escape from the daily grind. A particular favourite of customers at Croatia Gems for many years, the villa has recently been enlarged with an additional 2 bedroom guest house – so now has 4 bedrooms in total. The location is perfect, just 2 km from the centre of Supetar on Brac, in a beautiful secluded bay. It’s the ideal place to unwind with some home cooked food and a glass of wine…
In Supetar and the surrounding area there are many restaurants, and it’s easy to hop on board one of the numerous ferries back to Split and have a lovely day exploring a city with so much history and so much to see. Constructed of traditional Dalmatian stone, this stunning beach villa with pool has views across it’s garden to the bay nearby, and there are some lovely walks along the coast and through the pine woods to Supetar or even down to Sutivan in the other direction. Hire some mountain bikes (there are two free ones at the villa for your use) if you don’t feel up to the walk – the area provides peace and quiet; you can even hear the waves, birds and crickets from the pine forests.
This stunning beach villa with pool is divided into two parts – the main house, and the separate guest house, just a few steps away from each other. Both are one-storey houses. Please note that the path which connects the two parts, is not covered. The main house comprises of the kitchen / dining / sitting room area (air conditioned), two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, both with a shower. The main bedroom has a double bed (the bed size 160 x 200 cm), and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is with twin beds, beds size 90 x 200 cm each.
The guest house comprises of two apartments, both with separate entrance for a complete privacy. Both apartments are the same, with an air conditioned double bedroom (beds size 180 x 200 cm) with a TV and a closet, a kitchenette with a sink, two electric hobs, and a mini fridge, and an en suite bathroom with a shower.
When you have a yen for a change of atmosphere, hop across to Split for some shopping – Split fish market is always worth a visit open from around 7am – 1pm, there is also a fruit & vegetable market and several butchers – so stock up for the BBQ pick up some local wine made on your doorstep and relax. The garden is full of organic produce by the way so please help yourself. If you’ve worn yourself out after all that cooking, relax in the lovely hot tub outside and lap up the sunset.
