Villa Sapphire is an unique sea edge villa, It is only 5 meters from the clear Adriatic sea, so when you are bored with lazying by the pool you have a beach right on your door step. The perfect location for your family summer holiday.

Each uniquely designed guest room of this stylish shabby chic Croatian villa has stunning views across the bay of Lucice known for its beauty and clear sea water, very popular with divers! There is parking available for 2 cars, and free boat mooring also, hire a boat for the day and go and explore some of the other bays, fishing tackle can be hired in Milna also.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and also has under-floor heating, 4 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, a terrace of 300 m2 with 100 m2 of shade.

There are only three houses in the bay so it’s very relaxing, a small restaurant is a few minutes walk away but you can also head into Milna for it’s restaurants just a 5 minute drive /taxi or approximately 25 minute walk (1.8 km). It certainly is an unique sea edge villa location.

Milna is still regarded as the most beautiful and safest harbour on the island. The Venetians used to refer to it as “the bay of a thousand ships”. The new Marina is lovely and attracts yachts from all over the world and the harbour side teems with little restaurants offering everything from fresh fish to pizzas.

Perhaps head back to Split, in high season there are 4 ferries per day from Milna for foot passengers, go early and hit the fish market (amazing) or the street markets, explore the streets filled with museums and galleries have lunch at one of the many restaurants and catch the afternoon ferry back.

There are lots of day trips also from Milna, from exploring Hvar & Vis islands to white water rafting on the Cetina River just south of Split, you can also go to the Krka National park and wonder at the most beautiful waterfalls. It is possible to swim in the lower lake as the waterfall is not so fierce definitely a tick off my bucket list. If you don’t feel like venturing that far seek out some of the best restaurants on the island – The Garden Grill between Supetar and Sutivan sits on a hill with lovely views – the food is great and they have their own pool so take your swimsuits, and there is a small vineyard close by called the Senjovic winery also which is getting rave reviews , no menu – maximum 15 people per night and every dish is accompanied by one of their own wines it’s a totally different experience.
