Well located Villa Seaview offers the larger family or group a modern villa in the lovely seaside town of St Phillip and Jacob, on a particularly lovely part of the coastline with stunning beaches, lots of history and within easy reach of several National Parks.

Just 4km away from busy Biograd, Villa Seaview is in the lovely seaside town of St Phillip and Jacob (Sveti Filip i Jakov) roughly mid-way between Zadar and Sibenik.
This is a particularly lovely part of the coastline with stunning beaches, lots of history and within easy reach of several National Parks. The town used to be a tiny fishing village but now has grown to be a favourite location for families and the villa makes a great base to explore the area with enough parking for three cars.
There are 4 double bedrooms and a twin bedroom, three bathrooms and an open plan living/dining/kitchen leading out on to the pool terrace and little playground. The balconies have lovely sea views.
Should you tire of lazing about the pool, the villa also has a fitness room, sauna, pool table, table tennis and a darts board, so no chance of being bored before you head off to the lovely seaside town restaurants.
