The ground floor is a huge open plan space consisting of living / dining area with professional kitchen and a fully equipped fitness room. From the living area you can wander out on to the beautiful terrace with an outdoor eating area and stunning uninterrupted sea views.
Upstairs there are three large bedrooms – all en-suite – two of them with personal hot tubs. There is also an additional pull-out sofa that can accommodate two extra guests. The three main bedrooms are situated on the west side of the property; on the east side there is an additional bedroom on this level (above the gym) and the other is downstairs on the ground floor.
From the terrace, steps lead down to your own personal stone-built pier – here you will find sun beds etc for your enjoyment – boats of up to 15m can access the pier.
