Villa Silk is a beautiful 5 bedroom beach villa with pool , tucked away in a little bay on the Makarska Riviera . Every single part of the villa has been designed for the guests’ pleasure – fully air-conditioned, with each room having a balcony overlooking the sea. The entire ground floor is perfect for relaxation … the secluded pool, which can’t be seen from the beach is surrounded by deck chairs and furniture and makes it a blissful location to watch the spectacular sunsets.
The interior of this beautiful 5 bedroom beach villa with pool makes use of the best materials available, especially the lovely parquet floors and under-floor heating in the bathrooms, while outside there are two paved terraces where you can relax within the sound of the sea.
The Ground floor is just made for chilling out with your friends and family when the sun gets too much. There is large air conditioned sitting room with large comfortable sofa and a 55” LCD TV. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with en-suite bathroom and also a separate bathroom.
On the First floor there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bedroom has a balcony overlooking the sea. This Floor has a southern – oriented lounge with 40 ” LCD television and a kitchen with dining area. In the middle of the room is a wood fireplace that provides warmth and space making it ideal for a peaceful retreat both in the warmth of the summer and cold winter days.
The Second floor has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bedroom has a balcony overlooking the sea. This Floor also has a southern -oriented lounge with 40 ” LCD television and a large kitchen with dining for six people. In the middle of the room is a wood fireplace.
On the roof of this beautiful 5 bedroom beach villa with pool, is a secluded sun terrace floored in exotic wood, again you can sunbathe in peace as it’s not visible to people on the beach below
