Located in the lovely village of Rogac on the Island of Solta and within a short walk of the harbour, Villa Solta is a brand new villa built with every detail carefully designed to please its guests, and just a short ferry or catamaran hop from Split.
Description
The stunning villa with beautiful sea views is the ideal place to go and recharge your batteries . It’s totally chilled with lovely terraces including the new roof top one with stunning sea views.
The villa with beautiful sea views has three double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a high spec interior . Why not have breakfast on the upper terrace overlooking the sea and with views of Split, or relax in the jacuzzi with a glass of Prosecco while the BBQ heats to the perfect temperature.
When the sunshine gets too much there is a Playstation 4 and a home cinema system.
Set across the sea from the largest Dalmatian city of Split, it is easily accessible by ferry, ( 9 nautical miles ) there are 6 ferry lines and 1 speedboat line per day during the season between them, Solta has become practically a suburb of Split. Swap the perpetually crowded roads leading to cramped city beaches for a ferry ride, cool down on its deck and, in less than an hour, arrive at a destination with crystal clear sea, numorous pebble beaches not busy with bathers, with realistic and affordable prices and where no one will bother you.
For a different experience head inland to one of the local farms and learn how to make everything from wine to olive oil – visit the main town on the island Grohote which has a big market where you can purchase the local honey , fresh fruit and vegetables grown on the island , fresh fish and olive oil.
Head to the west coast and lovely Maslinica and it’s new marina. Increasingly popular with cyclists, rowers, yachtsmen and divers, This is a bit more commercial with jet ski’s etc for hire plenty of little restaurants and nearby Šipkova Bay has a sandy beach, the only one on the island! Kayaking to one of the islets is also a good idea.
Finish off with a table at local restaurant Pasarela – fish & pasta dishes to die for and so close to the sea very Romantic !

The house is in very good, clean condition. Both apartments are very well equipped. From the terrace you have a wonderful view of the sea.
The staff on the island were always available when we needed support.
On foot you can reach the center of Rogac in a few minutes.
