Villa Sunshine is a beautifully situated villa with pool, surrounded by verdant Mediterranean greenery and with breath taking sea views and a lovely little beach is only 100m away.
Description
Sometimes you just have to get away from the crowd and Villa Sunshine could be the perfect spot. Situated in a lovely quiet bay surrounded by just a few other houses, it’s a beautifully situated villa with pool & mooring perfect for a small family or group of friends.
Located near the bay of Vinisce, the Villa comprises of three bedrooms, a double and triple sharing a bathroom, with a modern kitchen diner and lounge on the upper floor – outside steps lead down from the large terrace to a 1 bedroom apartment on the ground floor which also has a small kitchen and separate bathroom.
All the bedrooms and living areas now have air con and been updated for this year. The whole villa can comfortably fit seven people (eight if you utilise the sofa bed). The outside area is dominated by a lovely pool with water jets (and heated if required), covered terrace with stunning views and outdoor barbecue facilities.
When you need more excitement, the lovely bay of Marina is just a 5-10 minute drive over the hill, or the bustling UNESCO Heritage site of Trogir is a 10 minute drive with plenty of restaurants and a wonderful fruit and vegetable market – half an hour further on is Split Town itself drive down to the old town which is right by the port and wander through the cobbled streets full of designer shops and countless restaurants . From the port you can take a day trip out to the lovely island of Brac just a 50 minute crossing.
For keen photographers a trip to the stunning Krka Waterfall’s is a must, only 45 minutes north of the villa – you are allowed to now swim in the lower lake as the waterfall there is much gentler.
There is lots to do in area of Split and Trogir : Speed boat to Hvar Island & Pakleni Islands, Boat trip to Vis Island’s blue & green cave, discover the Plitvice lakes, visit the Beautiful Old Town Mostar or Dubrovnik Old Town.

Trogir Old Town is a beautiful medieval town situated just off the mainland north of Split Town– it’s connected to the mainland and the island of Ciovo by a bridge. The town is steeped in history which dates back to the Illyrians, Greeks and Romans who all had a hand in building the town. Today it is a world heritage site and is a fantastic place to visit whether you just want to have a meal in an atmospheric old city or to discover more of the history of the place. There are a variety of fine restaurants, bars, cocktail lounges and cafes are located in the town. Several shopping centres are also located very near to the centre (across the old Town Bridge, in the main market place).
