Villa Sylvie is the perfect bolthole for a small family or couples – in a quiet location yet only a short walk to the beaches and restaurants, this villa gives the R&R you seek whilst offering the cultural delights of Dubrovnik just a short drive away.
Description
This private Mlini bay villa is set on one level with contemporary styling and fitments. It is surrounded with the greenery of almond and olive trees, giving a peaceful ambiance to help you relax. It is perfect for a small family or two couples. The sofa bed in the living room gives the opportunity for a further 2 guests, making this a very affordable villa rental.
The layout of the terraces around the villa gives several options for finding a quiet corner in the shade or sun, to put your feet up with a book or listen to a podcast in peace and quiet.
It’s a short walk down to Mlini and the sweeping bay. It’s a very good location as it has a good range of water sports on offer, whilst having a variety of beaches, restaurants, café bars and a good-sized supermarket, plus children’s play areas dotted around the bay. Mlini also has the water taxi into Dubrovnik old town harbour or to Cavtat, plus there’s also a good frequent bus service from the main road that serves Dubrovnik and lovely Cavtat .

It winds through a small wooded area and comes out at the steps between the Hotel Astarea and the church, about a 10-minute walk to the centre of Mlini) and around the bay.
- Supermarket: Super Konzum 1.7km at Sub City Mall, Srebreno
- Convenience store: Studenac, 700m on the main road
- Bakery: 700m or 1.6km near the Sheraton Hotel at Srebreno
- ATM: cashpoints in Mlini and Sub City Mall,
- Bank: Dubrovnik or Cavtat
- Post office: 1.4km near Sub City Mall
- Bus stop: 180/200m on main road (No. 10 bus goes to Dubrovnik and Cavtat)
- Water taxi: Stops at Mlini & Srebreno harbours – Serve Dubrovnik old town, Plat and Cavtat (usually run May-Oct)
