Villa Teela is a lovely sea edge cottage, which has been renovated in a contemporary style – very well located, close to the beach, just 50m away.
Description
Situated near the harbour in the lovely peaceful village of Pucisca, Villa Teela is a renovated fisherman’s cottage which can accommodate up to 5 people comfortably. This lovely sea edge cottage is beautifully furnished , and now benefits from a sunny courtyard, perfect for some alfresco dining. The sea views are stunning too , it’s a really lovely place to recharge the batteries.
On the ground floor is a kitchen/dining/sitting room area, 1 bathroom and 1 separate WC. The upper floor comprises 2 bedrooms (1 double, bed size 180 x 190 cm), and 1 single (bed size 90 x 200 cm)).
An additional two guests can sleep in the sitting room area, on two separate sofa beds, one sized 140 x 200 cm, and the other 80 x 180 cm.
The single air conditioning unit is located in the single bedroom but along with the thick stone walls of this lovely sea edge cottage it is powerful enough to cool down the whole property.
The whole ground floor is equipped with under – floor heating (kitchen/dining/sitting area and the bathroom). The lovely terrace has table and chairs. and also an electric grill when you feel like some alfresco dining.
Pucisca is really lovely, famous for it’s stone masons, there is still a school here specialising in the island’s sought after stone ( The Whitehouse was built using stone from the quarries on Brac ) . There is a small supermarket and bakery in the village alongside some really lovely restaurants
There is even a little patisserie which is quite famous for it’s cheesecake , and where you can enjoy your morning coffee. Nearby Sumartin has a larger supermarket, and you can catch the car ferry across to bustling Makarska from here also.
There are 4 adult bicycles and 1 children’s bicycle (for a child of 10 years or more) for rent. Renting two bicycles for adults of your choice is free out of season, In the period from 10/07 to 01/09, then the rental fee is charged at a cost of 10 EUR per day per bicycle. Renting two remaining bicycles and a children’s bicycle is charged all year round at a cost of 10 EUR per day per bicycle.
