Villa Tika is a gorgeous large Croatia villa with heated pool in an exclusive bay about 15-20 minutes’ walk from Sumartin Bay – a great location for a Brac villa and a group of friends, or large family. Sumartin Bay is a gorgeous area with beautiful beaches and bays to explore.
Villa Tika is a gorgeous large Croatia villa with heated pool made up of 3 individual apartments plus a ground floor communal space. And it’s in a brilliant location! Sumartin Bay is a gorgeous area with beautiful beaches and bays to explore. The little town of Sumartin has a nice buzz about it with everything you need – it’s got that real quintessential Mediterranean quaintness about it with pretty harbour, promenade around the bay and beautiful, traditional Dalmatian stone houses. There are a selection of good local restaurants and bars around the harbour and bay to partake in some delicious local fare and, of course, the not to be missed local wine.
This gorgeous large Croatia villa with heated pool is on the edge of Sumartin Bay and it is easy to get into Sumartin town – just walk into Sumartin where there are boats /scooters etc for hire – there are also bicycles you can use at the villa.
The pretty town of Selca is also only located 2.5km away. Here you have pharmacies and health centre, ATMs, shops, cafes, restaurants and cafes, post office…. The famous town of Bol with its famous Zlatni Rat beach and facilities for young people is 26 km away.
Visit the many attractions of the island of Brac: the highest peak of all Adriatic islands – Vidova Gora (780 m) with a stunning view of the Dalmatian coast right across to Italy – Go on a Dolphin spotting boat trip – Visit one of the local vineyards , some now have award winning restaurants perfect for lunch or a special occasion.
The owners live nearby and can provide home grown produce for the guests or even do the catering should you wish to avoid the cooking! The family are happy to introduce you to the secrets of Mediterranean cuisine and the preparation of simple and typical Dalmatian dishes from lamb, fish, seafood and vegetables. They offer their own organically grown products such as olive oil, homemade wine, liqueurs and brandy, fruit and seasonal vegetables.
On request, for guests, they also offer 2 x boat moorings at an additional charge (Note: mooring facility provided at the guests’ own risk as sea conditions can change). And there are mountain bikes for guests also.

Or feel free to request them on arrival directly from the villa owner. These Additional Services are provided/arranged by the villa owner, and they may use 3rd party suppliers to provide the service.
